We've added some new Art to the gallery. In this post, we'd like to showcase "Aira Force, Cumbria". This is eponymously titled for the well-known waterfall near Ullswater in the English Lake District. So excited - in a calm and measured way, of course - are we that the proof we received as immediately framed and hung where it's guaranteed to be seen every time we come and go.
It looks great in the bog-standard white matte/slim black gallery standard rig we put it in, but I'm toying with the idea of a dark-grainded wooden frame and a matte coloured to make the natural woodland colours sing like a welsh male voice choir. We shall see.
And now to let it speak for itself:
PS: The title of this post references the final verse of Wordsworth's "The Somnambulist".
